About
HEAL Group is a non-profit organization based in Nepal that provides high-quality technical and managerial assistance to programs especially in the public health sector, primarily focusing on remote, hard to reach, marginalized, and disadvantaged populations.
Technical staffs have extensive working experience with the public sector and Ministry of Health and Population and Ministry of Education.
The technical staff of HEAL Group has international expertise in systems and policy, monitoring and evaluation, Research and implementation of public health (maternal, neonatal and child health; family planning; health logistics; nutrition; WASH; malaria; tuberculosis), education (literacy for adolescent girls, improving school attendance, literacy and life skills with a focus on public health, nutrition, agriculture; small scale livestock development and inter-cropping).

What We Can Do
HEAL Group works strategically to further the relationship between the stakeholders involved in the public health and education along with inline Ministries of Government of Nepal. HEAL Group extend offers the following services:

Coordination with concerned stakeholders working in the field of Child Health, Nutrition, Immunization, Health Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Sexual Reproductive Health Right, Logistics, International Classification of Decease (ICD,) Noncommunicable Diseases, School Education and Nutrition particularly in developing and implementing the program.

Reviewing the documents (articles, data, policies, guidelines) and development of case studies

Development of online training courses for teachers and health workers and implementation of them.

Development of Project Monitoring Plan and Project Close up Plan and its Implementation

Development of online or virtual studies and Surveys and implementation.

Develop a social networking group for a specific program and increase coverage of the targeted group.

Facilitation of workshops and meetings.

Strengthening local health facility and school management committees focusing on improving local health facility and school governance to increase the use of quality services by community particularly by underserved and marginalized sections of the population.

Implementation and monitoring of the program to improve school attendance, literacy for adolescent girls, literacy, and life skills program linking with public health, nutrition, agriculture, small scale livestock development, inter-cropping, and entrepreneurship.
